We want you to love your purchase from AK Collective. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Sale, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
